Wanted: house to let

3/4 bed
gardens
must allow pets
no more than £550 pcm
if anyone knows of any please let me know
also possibly someone who will take a bond once i get mine back from here.

lol had a look on there, and to be honest id prefer to deal with the landlord not an agent, as we hadnt realised until a landlord told us other day you have to pay a fee everytime the 6mth agreement needs renewing :S

when we used to rent houses (yes we erm moved a lot!) we never paid any fees to the agent...the landowner pays the agent to do that. i think it must depend on the agent...so check with the individual agent before discounting a house entirely! i know some charge an inital fee of like £20 but never heard of any six monthly fees...

all the ones we look at also want huuuuge bonds too in comparison to what ive paid with LL and then fees for credit checks, fees for putting bond into one of those schemes etc etc

sorry but this aint really relavent. but is it me or are you asking a lot for 550? im renting a 2 bed mid terrace (read effin tiny) house with a 10'x10' back yard for 550. spose a lot of it has to do with the area but omfg if you get that for 550 im living in the wrong area!!!!!

£550 is about the price of a single room in a shared house where i live. you'll be looking £1400+ for a 3-4 bedroom house

its atleast £900 pcm for a 2 bed flat round my area

nah its not a lot to ask for that amount round here, sounds like its a good job i live round here, lol were in a 3 bed with decent garden now and its £500 a month. and even if we were to get something for 550 we'd be pushing it to the limit of affordability
