Default beardie help

i have 2 baby beardies and i am wondering is it normal for 1 of them to allways b lying flat a lot of the time they are 4 months old

At 4 months old they are juveniles and it sounds like one is becoming dominant over the other causing it to lie flat all the time. Do you know what sex they are? 2 males absolutely should not be kept together, m+f will breed (are they clutchmates?), and even females can fight with each other.
