Pimp Your Profile!

Okay, not many people have done this so I thouught I'd show you how. Generally, I don't do this myself as I don't use my profile. But being experienced within vBulletin I thought I would be nice for once and share my knowledge . Okay so..

Profiles? What are they?
Profiles are small pages that you can post information about youeself and hobbies etc.. Members of the forum can view your profile, leave you comments, comment on your photos, add you as a friend and all the other bits and pieces you can do on a social networking site .

Social Groups.. Sounds Fun!
Social groups are small communities that can be formed by members of ReptileForums! For example, there is a social group called The Corn Snake Fan Club. Sound fun? Why not join it!? To join a social group, login to the forum and select "Quick Links" from your toolbar. A menu should drop down automatically, select "Social Groups" from that list. Once you've done so, a list of the Social Groups available on the forum will appear. Select which one appeals to you, and then select "Join Group".

Photo Albums & Photos
Want to show everyone your wonderful reps? Then you should create a photo album to be displayed on your profile! To do so, select User CP from the toolbar, then select "Pictures & Albums". Once you have done so, Create an album and follow the on screen instructions. You will be sharing your photos in no time!

User Information
Want to share your hobbies, age, location etc. with everyone? Then you can. Just select your User CP, then select "Edit Your Details". You can add things like your hobbies, your current list of exotic pets and your occupation!

Profile Picture
Profile pictures can be images of yourself, or anything else to be displayed on your profile. To upload an image, use an image uploader such as www.ImageShack.us and copy the direct link. Go into your User CP > "Edit Profile Picture". Where it says insert a direct link, paste in your image link.
