I use a grated piece of cuttlefish bone. Costs 50p and a good sized one gives as much powder as a tub, only a fraction of the cost! All you have to do is slide an everyday butter knife over it, no effort at all.

Lightbulb Gecko nutrients

Ive been keeping lizards for a while, and personaly i find the best to be anything with a higher calcium content. Usualy ones that do have this are kind of a cornflour consistancy. This also enables it stick to the food better. i think the cheaper ones like nutribol go off??

Cuttlefish is great and cheap. (get it ,,grate...with the fine grater on a cheese grater.) after that spend a little on some suitable vitamins too.
I think reptivite is as good as any.

Dust the cricks and put a bowl in the viv as they will lick it up when they want it.
