Default Viv cleaning

Hi, I was just wondering if anybody could give me tips on what to use to clean out my torts and cham?

I have read that hot soapy water or a mild household anti-bac spray is ok as long as it is wiped properly and allowed to dry before replacing the rep.

Where as elsewhere is states only specialised reptile sprays should be used.

Please advise
Thanx.
