Default beardie suppliments

I've had Griff about a week and I'm a bit unsure about my suppliments. he is 4 months old and at the moment I am dusting his crickets with calcium powder 3 times a week and the same for a multivit with d3.
I've read that I shouldn't give the multivit more than once a week so do I need a seperate d3 vit to go with each calcium dusting.
Thanks for your help, I want to keep the little fella tip top.

Agrees with above. Nutrobal and pure calcium limestone powder or grated cuttlefish.
