Post How do you prevent metaboilc bone disorder in reptiles? help pls, its for my report

Hi

Im doing a college assignment on nutritional disorders and diseases.

I have to look at metabolic bone disorder in reptiles. I have found causes, signs and symptoms and treatment of the disease. Used Iguanas as an example. Just need to find out about prevention of the disease from occuring in the first place.

Could anyone tell me about srategies used to prevent the disease?

Thank you

Dust food items with calcium and mineral powder, use appropriate UV lighting.
