Question spraying baby beardie

I have heard that beardies like to be sprayed with water from a bottle and this is how they drink?? Is this true? My beardie is only a baby 6-7 weeks old

spraying very lightly is a good option, how ever dont over do it have you read the sticky your bearded dragon its habitat and water?

when they become bigger more confident less delicate light baths are a good option
