good reptile shops

hi ya
i am lookin 2 get 2 bearded dragons but would like opinions of good reptile shops in or around milton keynes, have been to a few but didnt look that nice,
all suggestions greatly recieved thanx

How about getting from a good breeder .. most shops really do up the prices so itll be cheaper from a breeder and youll also know the history of it .. and possible view of the parents .. you can also ask questions and know your getting better advise than you would from a shop

This is very good advice - try putting a "wanted" ad in the Classifieds. Just a heads up tho - if you get 2 beardies the chances are you will have to separate them in a few months - unless you are lucky and get 2 females and they get along.

Yeah I would have to say see a private breeder I got mine from one and much better living conditions than pet shops by far and you get a nice feeling about your pets living environment to. I dont think i would goto a pet shop for anything other than food now. And if your getting 2 you may end up with same sex and or related too

We've just brought two females from Andy @ hades dragons, registered on this forum. web address www.hadesdragons.co.uk, reasonably priced and can arrange delivery. We're in Milton Keynes as well, the only place is pets at home which is overpriced. Northampton reptile centre do them but quite expensive there too. Pet shops are alot more expensive than breeders and standard colours.
