Default disinfectant

Thought I'd ask in here being a noob with my snakes and all, but what disinfectant/cleaning products do you use for corn snake RUBs/vivs?

Anyone recommend me a good one?

Would like to know the answer to this myself, I've heard F10 mentioned a few times but don't know which type of F10 is best.

F10 is probably the best on the market at the moment. You would be best getting the F10sc or if you want you can buy it already diluted ready to use with trigger. Hope this helps

What ratio should be used? 2:1000, 4:1000 or 8:1000?

I imagine it's pretty hard to get 2ml out of the bottle accurately!

F10 is quite expensive to start with, but it is so highly diluted that it actually turns out cheaper then most other cleaners - and it's usually better and more effective then the more expensive ones. £15 for 200ml of concentrate is actually a very good deal.

2:1000 for cleaning wounds, bowls, bottles, plants etc, 4:1000 for cleaning housing.

To get the right measurement, use a small medicine syringe or pipette.

Oh and make sure you rinse off wee/poop FIRST. Once F10 has contact with natural materials, it is ineffective.
