Default how the years have passed

Hi all
many years ago 20 poss couple more i us`ed to keep snakes .sadly due ti devoice all had ti go.
when i kept snakes ya could buy royals in royal colours same had to be said about corns ( ya cou;dnt give then away) boas came in any colour ya wanted as long as it was norm boa colours sa did kings and milks apart fron the odd abino or tangirine phase if i wanted equipment it was a lomg trip from north wales to my nearest stockist (before some one say internet shop) was no such thing when udid arive you could buy as many stats heat pads etc as you wanted as long as it was ya first or second choise habistat or habistat. I never lost the love of keeping reps so in a bigger house and a understanding wife when my youngest asked for a snake i grabed it with both hands ( and feet if i am honest)
So we come to the year 2010 OMG what has gone on there seems to be more advancment for this hobby than Mr bill gates has done for the PCNo longer do i have limited chose in equipment i also have more shops than i can wave a big stick at stocking them . i have the majic box aka the internet and more to the point every snake now coms in as many shades and colours as a dulex paint card i now stand amazed but very confused at what all these morphs mean so if someone can put a post up on what they are and how bred i would be very gratfull
To every one that has made this possable my greatest thanks.to any newbies coming into this hobby please plkease dont moan (as one man once said) you have never had it so good!!!!

I know EXACTLY how you feel. I first started keeping reps in the 1970s. No info anywhere, no livefood suppliers, no equipment suppliers, no internet, limited reps available - all wc. I gave up for about 20 years as I felt it was selfish to keep them - too many died. It is WONDERFUL to be keeping them again - a real joy.
