African clawed frog,not using back legs!!!

Can anybody help please ? My african clawed frog does not seem to be using his back legs and keeps ending up on his back,i have put him in about an inch of water for now so he can still breathe but dont know what else to do ! My other one had the same prob and died about 6months ago

Take him to the vets. That's all I can recommend.
Sounds bad.
