Plants to decorate ?

Hi all I am new here

I am in the process of building a new Tortoise table, having just inherited an 8 year old Russian tortoise from my brother.

I would like to decorate his new home with some plants to make it more natural, but am unsure if it is safe to do so, and what plants to use

any help welcome
