bought these for my daughters 16th birthday party so people who were old enough to drink at the bar could get served without get ID'd. but my otherhalf had already bought some without me knowing.
there bright yellow and made from a paper type material that once stuck together can not be undone and can only be removed by cutting them off, there about 10" long and 1" wide i have 80
