Default kitten advice

Ok so my kitten keeps peeing in her bed. She does a poo in her litter tray but she keeps peeing in her bed.
Why is she doing this and is there something i can do to stop her

How old is she? I think shes just a little confused. Try using a very fine litter in the tray and changing her bed just for the time being. This habit will soon change

I meant remove her bed and maybe give her a small box with a towel or old jumper in it. Make sure its not to near her litter tray too.At this age its easy for them to be confused but easy to sort

also a tip if you wash her bed do it in biological as it will get rid of any traces if there is still a scent of her going to the toilet on it she will keep going back to the spot

i had that trouble a litter of mine and ii was advised to use biological washing powder and scrub anywhere they had had an accident

They are definitely creatures of habit. Is there a reason she's not using the litter tray? Try the tray in a different location, different cat litter etc - and remove the bed, remove the habit, get her into the habit of going into the litter tray.

i had this issue..

it was the smell of the cat litter when the cat peed.. the cat couldnt stand it and when i noticed it gave off a horrid smell for the first few minutes too i relaised she had to stand and pee whilst inhaling the smell..poor kitty

I changed the litter and found one that didnt let off a horrid smell when the cat pee hit it and she used the tray fine..

try that ????

ok so i dried the bed/house this morning and assembled it again, put it on the other side of the room and left it.
When the bed isnt in the room she goes and pees in the litter tray but as soon as the bed is back she pees in that (the bed is back in the washing machine).

Last night i got a wee box and put an old towel in it and surprise surprise she had peed on it this morning. All the cats i have had and all the ones i have rescued and then passed on or all the cats i have fostered until a space/home comes available haven't done this. I just dont understand whats happening and why she is doing this
