if the males are litter mates and young, then you need to neuter them as soon as possible and they may get on fine, but remember they may well fight as they mature.
The best is a neutered male and neutered female, if you are getting them from sepereate places they will need to be bonded slowely as you cant just put them together as they too may fight. If you go to your local rescue centre they will usually have buns that are already in pairs and already neutered. Also you will be helping a pair of thousands of buns sitting in rescue.
