Default Pets at home stevenage (rant!!)

so after the escapade of their rats being kept on sawdust..... har har..

i went in today, and what did i find?
the glass door of the chinese hamsters was wide open

and one was on the floor.
i picked the poor sod up and put it back, luckily id found it before my dog did, shouldve stolen it!

collared a member of staff and they said "oh, didnt know we had any in there" grrr... back onto the complaints section of the site!!!

You should have taken it home, after all they quite obviously unable to look after the rodents in their care

I did add that on the bottom of the e-mail, that next time i would be quite within my rights to take it home or straight to the vets, with them given the bill, as it was not in a contained environment and they were at fault, and that i would most certainly be doing that should i see it again next time i go in.

I think I would also have taken some photos on my mobile first, and reported to their local council and possibly the RSPCA Surely thats a animal welfare issue and a health and safety risk??

you'd be within your rights to take something from a shop without paying for it? thats called shop lifting love and the only thing with any rights is for them to phone the plod and have you arrested.
