Default GSD took by rspca

well a while back jonny n i rehomed a staffy bitch called sasha also with her was a white GSD called rex, no one wanted him so we had to leave him in the empty house across the road n let the rspca deal with it.

after loads of calls to them they finally came out when his throat was being cut/rubbing on (which was startin to get bad) by the broken glass window he was puttin his head out of.

just been lookin on the rehome site n its him
this is the link, but u have to go quite far down the page

RSPCA Warrington, Halton & St Helens Branch - Home Page

n this is the boy himself, he looks so much better, his fur was missing when they took him he was skin n bones with the cuts to his neck and cover in fleas.

it would be brill if someone could give him a loving home he is a very special boy n if we didnt have the akita we would have re homed him at the begining.

so even tho it took the rspca a while to get him this is a time they have done a very good job as he looks 100% better than he did

oh please that would be brilliant,

i dont know why they have put about him no children, he was brilliant with children and all other dogs i spent alot of time with this boy when he was runnin up n down the street for days on end and also when he was locked in a house for weeks. he got beaten as did the staff the old owner had on a daily basis but still like to come over to me for a love some food n water. he is very soft n gental, i dont know if he has changed since being in the kennels but surly he would have got better with the love and care from the kennel workers.

if only my home was bigger i would have had him in the 1st place he really is a brilliant dog, but with one big old girl that needs to be kept separte i know my limits n can not have any more big dogs.

Hes gorgeous I cant believe hes been there so long I wonder if Pimps could contact Northern In. welfare over the 2nd dog as that along with the Malamute should be in a specific breed rescue not the RSPCA

General rescues don't normally allow dogs to go to Breed specific rescue.

From my experience with breed rescue the best we are allowed is to pass details to those on our waiting list, with the advice don't let on you have been sent by us otherwise the usual reaction is to refuse them a dog.

Great news Mrs DD would loved to have had this dog but know he would be too much with my health issues ---- do miss my GSD's hope he finds a great home.

The ones up this end tend sometimes do hand the dogs over as it makes more space for other dogs with nowhere to go. Will have to wait and see if Pimps has any contacts who can help
