Can I Get Some Help?

Ok so i started on this forum yesterday... because i love animals, and i want to add pictures of my parrot but when i go to insert image, it needs a URL... only problem is my pictures on my computer.... any help?

upload it to a image site like photobucket or imageshack then copy the img code from there and post it on the forums
