Default new porcupine enclosure

hi people, just wondered if anyone would be interested if i posted pics of the building of my new porcupine enclosure.

building starts this wednesday, building a new enclosure due to old one getting a bit tatty.

the enclosure is being build on our 22 acres of land we have avaliable, which is made of 75% woodland, around 20% quarry and about 5% of junk lol with an island surrounded my a large pond.

i will get taking some pics on wednesday, the first step is to clear the ground, level off, put the wire mesh down, cover it over with a mound of soil around 3-4ft deep with a hill in the middle to burrow through, then put up the posts, wooden frame, 4 courses of brick around the bottom....blah blah blah

Right we have only done a couple of days, and progress is slow, weather hasent been on our side aswell.

the total size of the enclosure is aprox, 18ft x 16ft

anyway here are some pics....

a clearing in the wood, laying the wire down:

All the mesh has been layed:

we then used slabs to help flaten the wire, and we salvaged old house, which meansures at aporx 5ft x 3ft x 3ft:
