Default Scabby pooch!

Emmy has a 20p size scab on her left shoulder area.... it hasnt got any wider, it doesnt hurt her, and shes not scratching it, but it has got taller if that makes sence, can i put germolene on it? and im kinda wondering what it is, please dont turn this thread to a 'your a sicko get to the vets' blah blah blah. she will go if needed! thanks xx

is she scratching it?

what about sudocrem? That might be better than germolene? or bepanthen?

If its got taller it could have granulated which would mean a vet trip. I will see if I can find a link for you to compare with

Havnt a clue what granulated is? but a link would be handy thanks hun, looking like the vets tommorow then

the hair has come out were the scab is obviously (err hairy scab )
but the hair is all around the edge of it so no not bald around it, and no,no itching x

cant find the bloody charger for the camera, took it on hols and cant find it now!

Having trouble finding a link Basically a Granuloma is where the wound heals to much so the scar tissue builds up and grows high. It can be caused by licking the wound. Its not serious so dont worry if it is that.
