Default Barn Owl Keepers - Devon(ish)?

Hi Guys,

Well today we put a deposit down on our proper country cottage

The landlady couldn't have been cooler. She has given the go ahead for part of the land to be turned over to a couple of pigs and also a chicken coop. Yeah!

Anyway, there is a stable, probably only suitable for one horse at the back of the property not being used. I'd like to finally complete a dream of keeping and flying a barn owl. Obviously this is not a task to take on lightly and although I have done loads of reading I wouldn't mind meeting up with someone who is more experienced as a keeper and maybe if both in agreement maybe a tad of mentorship.

Anyone fairly local to Devon that could help? Pretty please

Contact the Barn Owl Trust in Ashburton.

They are often looking for foster homes and re-homes for barn owls and the website is a mine of information (and not just because I wrote a lot of it LOL).
