Default 50ft dog lead

i bought a 50ft long dog lead for training the pup to sit and stay and to see how far i can get before she looses concentraition and tell her not to run and see if she picks it up is it a useless buy?? x

I always use one when training a pup so youve certainly not wasted your money It keeps them safe and under control until they have reliable recall

shes a staffy Julie when i tried her with a harness and nylon she wouldnt walk at all x

haha my dog has crap recall and hes ignorant but i shall start working on him again now i have more spare time just need to go get a lead.

I've had my extendable 50ft lead now for over ten years, I bought it as an extendable horse lungeline that was what it said on the box, I've never used it for the pony as she just took off with it.
Try stopping a pony, even if she is small, in full gallop at the end of an extendable lead!

Works well for the dogs though so not a waste of money at all.

my charlie thinks crows, ducks, and pigeons will land eventually if he chases them for long enough, so i stand there have a smoke and shout CHARLIE CHARLIE for 30 minutes and wait for him to come back
