My Rat Pack having a sneaky salad (pic heavy)

Im sure most of us do it ... well I hope so anyway !
Our rats get bits of our leftovers as a treat on an evening. Ok im not talking Chicken Tikka Masala ... lol .... but salads and pasta etc.

Here they are the other night picking bits out of my Morrisons Salad Tub ... very very cute indeed.

Funny how they all have very different tastes !

Yep, I have 5 ladies all from Cat and Ditta. Remy (black) and Pumpkin (brown) are usually the last to come up. They were older than the others when we got them. We think all (apart from blue) had the same Dad as Cat and Ditta had an accident with one of the males. lol.
Lov them to bits, just gutted they usually only live 2 years as we had the younger ones (Scooby, Peppa and Blue) in Feburary this year and they were already about 4 months old making them already 13 months old :-(

Did you see Chuffy when you where at Cat n Dittas ??? Im totally in love with him They are a bit mean though they wouldnt let me have him I went to their house on the night of my birthday and loved every minute of it

Hmmm I know male rats aren't supposed to have citrus (bad for their kidneys) so i wonder if marmalade counts...

I saw lots of ickle animals and was in total heaven then spent the drive home (and most days since) saying how unfair it is that I cant have that many pets ! Even stamped my feets a few times too !!!

We were lucky cos we got to pick our first 3. Mitchell picked Scooby, Liz picked Remy and I picked Peppa. Liz wanted one of Cats 2 blue ones but Cat said no, lol, then a couple weeks later they came over and suprised us by bringing Blue for Liz, then a couple weeks after that they brough us Pumpkin.

We love them so much I cant imagine being without them.
I would have loved Peppa to have had some babies with another looking like her but id end up keeping them all !

The amount they get is minimal so I doubt very much that it would do any harm
