Talking Any Belgian Hare lovers here? (:

I own three hares, my big guy, Harley, and my two young girls, Skylar and Riley.

Anyone else appreciate these wondeful creatures?

black and tan ones are gorgeous, and self blacks. I'd love to get more, but they are quite hard to get in Northamptonshire.
I'm thinking of breeding mine maybe next year

Anyone here own any? They're amazing temperemented, so sweet.

Harley loves mooching about on the patio, he weighs about 9lbs, and is the size of a large cat.
Skylar is really cuddly and loves people, and Riley is also friendly, but more independent than her sister.

Yeah, the enclosure is a huge chunk of my garden, complete with trees, rabbit-friendly herbs and plants, and bark/dead leaves, and grass.

They love it, they run about and have such fun (:
