I got 3 little chihuhauha jumpers off ebay cheaply enough. For my old shih tzu I simply buy a nice sweater from the charity shop and cut off the sleeves to the required length, cut 2 appropriately placed holes for her front leggies and slip it on her so that the cuff is around her neck. She has a nice selection of 'clotheses' and all made from sweater arms. Maybe men sized sweaters might work for a wide bodied dog.
