Its bloody awful isnt it, i was on a sight the other day with tons of staffs that were due to be put to sleep. Its heart breaking that perfectly healthy dogs are being destroyed and people still insist on breeding staffs and staff crosses. For god people just stop.

I no when are people ever gunna learn and realise that the pups they breed are likely to end up in the same state as these poor little guys. Makes me so mad.

ohh no :-( I so wish I could help but I live with my parents and they won't allow a dog...I really wish I could take one on and help them because it's so unfair for a perfectly healthy dog to be PTS!

These dogs obviously aren't looking for homes, they're looking for rescue spaces (which is absolutely necessary if they're pound dogs, which IMO should never be homed out directly). Might be better off posting this on the Refuge or Dogpages. Although the owner of Dogpages is very anti-bull breed in my experience.

sad wish i could help dunno how a donation of 35 quid only helps 1 dog for 1 week though it would only eat about 1 quids worth a food. give me 35 quid a week for each dog and i will take 8 no probs . i would also guarantee them to be out of the house 8 hrs a day .

Well because the majority of rescues are full to capacity. To take on extra dogs they have to pay for kennelling at private kennels.

As anyone who's put their dogs in kennels while on holiday will know, that is not free!!!

maybe killin em the better option then and highlight the numbers being killed its a shame but means there definetely wont be anymore suffering and unsettledness in their lifes. if ye kill more the rescue centres will have more places available and wont need use private kennels. imo the initial breeders should take them back when the owner no longer wants them and if they cant offer this due to not having the means or conditions they shouldnt be breeding in the firstplace.
