God thats awful. If my cats reacted to me like that I would be very worried as they seem so desperate for the bit of food she threw down

im not suprised theyre desperate for food, did you read the article with it? theyre strays that she has taken in to feed n give shelter too. granted 130 is a little excessive especially in such a small area but if they were out on the street they would probably be even hungrier, or worse still dead through starvation!
admittedly she needs help havin that many but bless her for trying.
secondly the article says the floor and walls are tiled for easy cleanin, i think not havin a carpet in there is sensible actually. And 130 stray cats arent likely to be very well socialised, they could have been strays from being very young so wont be socialised either, that aint her fault.
im not condoning trying to be a hero and takin on too much but i think the lady is tryin her best to save stray cats. im rather impressed at how clean the room looks tbh

Agree with this, though obv as I said on bookface simple measures could be taken ie. feeding in bowls to help with hygiene. Besides that, I didn't see any cats that looked particularly thin (granted it didn't show the cats a great amount but on close ups and when they were jumping up to her they didn't look too bad for shape!).

why give them bowls? cos theyll probably eat the food and lick the floor clean, so no need for mopping!

ps, were you meant to say bookface?
