My Birds - Conures, Cockatiel, Lory

Hi,

Thought i'd share some more pictures of my birds, there will be lots!

Firstly Sweet Pea my female Lutino Cockatiel. She is really tame and such a sweetie (hence the name!!). She was aviary bred and parent reared, my mum bought her as a present not knowing how grumpy parent reared tiels can be.... BUT, Sweet Pea is such a nice little girl, she was really easy to tame down and now loves being out and about with me. She never bites, she's never grumpy!! Sadly the same cant be said for James, her companion. He is evil, has given me some really nasty bites! I couldnt even get any pics of him this morning as he was just lunging at the camera So its just Sweet Pea im afraid:

This is CJ my Black Capped Conure (i guess i like birds with black caps....!!!)

He's looking rather untidy at the moment as he is mid-moult, he's having a BIG one at the moment!!

Actually, Sweet Pea is very prim and proper She never does anything silly, just likes to sit and watch everything. She loves whistling and is totally in love with my boyfriend, mostly cos he can whistle and i cant i think lol! But she is the most un-tiel-like tiel ever i think!! James can be very funny and silly, loves his toys in his cage! But never when anyone is watching...

mine is silly as think shes a bit backward
mines called pumpkin,hehe constantly wants to be out allllllllll the time and has to sit with me if i leave the room she follows,such a fantastic character,really opened up my eyes to just how freindly and loving birds are

Awwww you've got some stunning looking birds there. I own cockatiels, bawkes and budgies plus some quail, but they are all in the aviary.. Cant wait to get a conservatory so i can have a couple of birds indoors.

Gorgeous birds you've got there. Tiel's are my fav but am soo in love wiv the colours of that lori.

cockateils are evil used to have 2 and one was friendly til the other one arrived...the gloves had to come out at vet time
