Default Kitten advice

Hey guys, as im sure you have read, Victoria had her babies last night. I have so much interest yet again. I am still doing home-checks obviously but I have decided to get all questions written down so I can compare answer and home-checks to get the best possible homes once again

Usually questions tend to be:
Area of living(country, main roads etc.)
owned cats before?
any pets now? if so what species?
children? if so, ages?
do you have anyone in the house strongly/mildly allergic to any forms of fur/dust etc.( these are long-furred babies)
do you plan to neuture?
what vets are your registered with?
what de-flea and worming treatment do you tend to use?
Would you be happy to have a home check?

Those are what I can think of, do you think of any others? I know its early BUT i want to ensure homes are ready. only 5 star homes! I would sure you mother and babies but laptop is a pain in the butt!!!

I think question 6 should be

"you must agree to neuter when the kitten is 5-6months old"

see thats what I was thinking but as its just questions. When they buy our babies they must agree to neuture at 6 months old, to de-flea and worm them and if under any circumstanceswhere they can no longer care for them, they most give us first refusal.
Also they agree to allow us to visit again in a months time to check all is well.

actually last litter wasnt mine
also we wont neuture Victoria as 2 years ago she had an operation on her stomach muscles and tissue and had most of it removed along side some of her mammory glands. We took her back for neuturing and they said it wasnt the best thing to do.
so no offence but screw you

so neutering wasnt good for her, thats fair enough, but then if she has had an operation and the vets wouldnt neuter her surely letting her get pregnant is very irresposible thats even worse for her

how can her stomach muscles cope with being stretched and put under stress of pregnancy? Frankly, I don't believe anything you say.
