hamster eye?

hi i was wondering if anyone would be able to try and guess from what i explain what this is. Right my Dwarf Robo Hamster has a white/cream puss ball on his right eye at the corner of the eye (closest to his nose) i have tryed to wipe with damp lute warm cotton pad but he wont let me and makes a crackling noise because he doesnt want me to do it (this noise is normal for him to make wen he is scared) i am going to take him to the vets but i just wondered if anyone could give me advise it would be very greatful.

Also i will try and upload photos tomorrow and also got him booked in the vets tomorrow at 5:40pm

Or could have caught it on something and now has gone ikky?

hi been vets today and vets reckon that hes got an infection and its not directly on his eye its on something else he said (still part of his eye but not on it) and he may have caught it and it got infected as it very swollen and vets gave me antibotics (liquid form) that got to give him once a day in his mouth or in his water for 10days and got to go back if the swelling not gone down then he got to go back and he may have to have surgery but not 100% got to seehow it goes. thank u for replying
