does anybody keep these as they are beautiful.

there is a few people in the uk who keep them looking at about £16000pr!

i will have them one day!

CITES Appendix I, very expensive. But they are totally gorgeous, worth 16k....well maybe

dont buy them!!they are HIGHLY endangeded!!
not many left in the wild cos people are steeling them to sell as pets!

Thats why they are CITES Appendix I, you can only get CB, legally anyway. They are that classification to prevent any more opulation damage. That said I doubt the populations will fully recover from the last few decades....

kept alot of parrots in my time, green wing and scarlets are next on my list

a mate of mine has a hyacinth macaws, theyre eyes are amazing!

hyacynths are available many go for export to europe

Yeah Tom, that's what I was implying. Hyacinths are expensive but they have dropped in price over the last couple of years but nowhere near what that guy was scamming, I mean selling, in the ad I posted. And he said that they were hand reared.....
