Goodbye Leo's(Nibbler & Nasher)

Both of my only leopard gecko's Nibbler & Nasher have lost their battle with the dreaded 'CRYPTO'.
The vet has been wonderful but in the end it was not to be.They both reacted badly to treatment that the vet had hoped might let them live a little longer, but both passed over the weekend!!.
I do not know where to go from here??
The Vivarium and all its contents have to be destroyed but do I replace it and start over??
