Last week my first ever reptile Died. She was the first of many more beardies. Her viv mates have been looking for her ever since but I can't bring myself to replace her.

hiya, i've never acually lost any reptiles as ive only had 3 in the past year ive had them and their all still juvi's but i had a dog she was jack russel crossed with a yorkie. my mam came home from hospital with me and went to take me upstairs and found my dogs mam had had pups on her bed on the same day, we kept one and she last 17 and 1/2 years, she was a fighter she suffered around 5 strokes and a mild heart attack but vets insisted she had a great quality of life, shed wake up the following day with everything in her stride like nothng happened. shes been gone now since january. we said we'd never have another dog but 3 days later we had to get one. we'l never replace my beuatiful baby girl but my house was just so empty without her bouncing around, things get better overtime and sometimes u have to accept it happened for a reason. chin up xx
