Im proper gutted, had to take charlie my cornsnake to the vets today, as he had a lump, but unfortunatly the lump is a tuma and its best for him to be pts. Goodnight Godbless little charlie, ill miss you so much, and you restored my faith in snakes. Will never forget you matey. Luv always mum xxx

Thanks, no he didnt have it long at all, or not that i noticed, but when i did notice it on thurs, it had grown loads by the time i got him to the vets on tuesday, due to the bank holiday is why i took so long getting him to the vets. He'd not eaten in months either, but he used to go off his food every year anyway, so i didnt think anything of it. The vets said they could of operated, but she said her and 3 other vets both said it didnt look good and it was prob in the best interest of charlie to put him to sleep. Im heartbroken, really didnt expect this, when i left him at the vets she thought it was an abcess, so when i got the call saying it was a tumour it shattered me. And it was a proper exotics vets were i took him. xxx

god i got a bit emotional reading that, it wasnt that long ago i had to put my albino burmese sleep. Its a horrible experience. Anyway, so sorry for your loss x
