Default royal python for rehome

i took this snake on today to get it out of the appauling conditions it was being kept in with the intention to rehome.

it has one of the worst cases of mites i have ever seen.
which i am currently treating with frontline.
also has what i believe are ticks.
i will be contacting a vet as to the best way to treat this tomorrow.

as far as i am aware he hasent fed in at least 8 months
although this could be significantly longer.
and you can tell there is significant weight loss.

i will not be putting any pics up as this is a snake in serious need of help and not a pic hunt.
sorry if that sounds harse but it shouldnt matter what it looks like to help the poor guy.

please do enquire unless you have a huge amount of experiance with royals.
i will not let this snake go to just anyone as i have had to spend money to rescue this snake.

having said that there is no rehoming fee to the right person with a vast amount of experiance.

this will be collection only from my home in halifax.

unfortunally a new job and baby makes it very hard for me to
help him but i will if the right person can not be found.

please do not take it personally if i refuse your offer of rehoming
i would rather he stayed here than go to the wrong person.

I don't have experience with snakes myself but I know a few of my re-homers do.

Contact Rosie on my site, she's definetly your best bet and very good with non feeders.

Or possibly Lindsey, she currently has a rescue royal that was abandoned for weeks in a house when someone moved out, though she doesn't have transport at the minute.
