Default Baby Turtles - Warks

Map turtles - Graptemys species

Mississippi, Ouachita and false maps..... all very fit and healthy and very cute.

Rehoming fee of £10 per turtle

African Mud Turtles - Pelusios Castaneus

Unfortunately the last of these babies all have signs of toe nipping... try as I might it's been difficult keeping 19 babies separated from each other! (they will grow out of this behaviour)

They really need to be in new homes.... no fee for these guys, just good homes wanted.

Collection only and I will need details/photos of your intended enclosures/tanks

am I right in thinking the mud turtles are the yobs of turtles? Haha ive been told they dont really get on with anything. I have two massive tanks, one with two little musks and one with a false [x] mississippi hybrid. If theyre not that agressive I could take one or two - were having a summer pond put in next year hopefully for them. But I cant find anything in the care section :S

Hi, African mud turtles are very peaceful with their own kind.

The reason they are not compatible with most other turtles, like maps, musks and yellow bellied sliders etc, is that African muds, as the name implies are from Africa; musks, YBS and maps are from North America and therefore have different temperature requirments (water, air and basking temps)

Therefore they are really only suitable for a species specific set up
