he has had a few feeds that hes been fine and just strikes at it and then eats it but then alot of the time hes not bothered, he has also just had a shed, but my larger female will eat well even if shes about to shed and straight after so every snake is different, my female last year went nearly 2 months not wanting to eat and now she will eat every week or 2 and sometimes 2 straight after each other!

thanks for that, the only reason i am getting rid of him is because he hasnt been handled alot and my youngest son is too scared to handle him, where as my female is so friendly & easy for the kids to handle, he only needs someone who has the time to persivere with him and he will defo earn his keep when he gets to right size/weight/age for breeding especially with his genetics!
