Default Free Red eared Terrapins

Because this years breeding season was such a success, i am having to make up room for my hatchlings of Leos and Royals. Sadly i have alredy gotten rid of my Green Iguana and now having to Re-home my two red eared terrapins (which have always been housed seperatly), they are both male and in good health, they are free to a good home, but you would have to come and collect them off me. Here are afew pictures. Many thanks Jake (P.S DO NOT THINK IM BAD FOR RE-HOING THE TERRAPINS AND IGUANA THEY ARE ANIMALS I HAVE RESCUED OFF OTHER PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY WHERE BEING LOOKED AFTER POORLY..AND THEY HAVE HAD A GOOD LIFE WHILST IN MY CARE!)

RES are one of the best species for keeping outside, they are very hardy and given a deep enough pond can stay out all year round, and they mix well with YBS both being Sliders with similar food and basking requirements.
4 RES and 2 YBS are going to need a lot of space when they are fully grown though.

1m deep is plenty, they'll need something to dig into at the bottom, some sort of substrate, roots etc..., and they also need a means of climbing back to the surface in spring, when the water is cold their metabolism is too slow for them to swim, and they'll wake up well before the water is warm enough.
