if its one of those that u use a screw driver to tighten onto the back of the glass then just keep wigglein the bit that u slide the lock over an will come loose, if its one of those that u push in an its locks then get anythin u can that'll fit in it, i.e. a hair pin an wiggle it an it will pop out, i do it all the time wit mine. Dont worry u'll sort it

When it happened to me we just pushed the glass up and lifted the glass out and then removed the lock. Depends how tight your glass is but if the glass is removeable, you should be able to lift both panes up at once and bring them out.

ok try and lift the glass out, failin that get a tiny bit of washing up liquid rub it over the end on the lock in the area the screw is located and give it another wiggle. Or get a hammer and a pice of wood, pace the wood on top of the lock and very gently tap it, it will come loose one way or the other i promise.
