Well i have to say your service is great!!
I had your assurance that the ferrets i needed couriering would be collected before monday.
You have since then ignored all my mails and posts enquiring about this arrangement.
Thanks so much for the great service ( Not ) a simple mail to tell me that it wasn't possible would have been great so i could sort something else out, but no nothing.
I hope that this was a one of for you and that you don't treat all your clients like this, or your business will fall on its face.
