WOW...the guy was amazing- communication the whole way, he let me know when he collected my 3 new bd's and called and text the whole journey to let me know how they were getting on! was a bargain delivery price and great service as you could tell he was a genuine guy who loves animals. i loved the service esp the fact that every box is marked with emergency info etc if something nasty like a crash were to happen (as i have never considered it before), i will be using him again very shortly- its a god send to get someone who offers same day service as my usual couriers do one way one day and back the next and thats great for vivs etc but not live animals. Oh and ladies he was very easy on the eye so brightened up this bored housewifes day! i got a bit of eye candy to look at and 3 lovely bd's so a very happy customer here! x

just a quick note to recommend Steve to anyone wanting animals couriered. his service was excellent. he collected 3 baby water dragons for me from Scotland and delivered them to Basingstoke, literally the entire length of the country plus a bit more lol. i got regular updates all along the way, and my water dragons arrived in perfect shape, cant really ask for more than that. the pricing was extremely good too, plus as some others have mentioned there was a care sheet on the box with emergency contact info in case of an accident or anything. good to know that every aspect of their care was accounted for

i would highly recommend Steve to anyone else

I messaged Steve at SWanimalcouriers today for a late delivery which would be added to his run in 2 weeks and I got a positive reply and my snake will be delivered to its new destination no hassle and in amazing comfort.

I cannot recommend Steve and SWAnimalCouriers enough.

I had Never used a animal courier before so was very apprehensive but got great friendly and helpful communications before the journey and during with phonecall updates.

My Geckos arrived to me in top class condition and seemed none the wiser of their long journey.

I Will def use SWAnimalCourier again and recommend to all (plus Steve didnt even bribe me to say this either Honest! ).

Seriously Thank you for a fast, efficient and friendly service.

Topclass courier .
This is the 1st time I've had to have an animal couriered and it was certainly a pleasant experience as I was kept sent updates to let me know when the animal had been picked up and to let me know every thing was going fine.

Will definitely be using again .

Having finally secured my new cham I contacted Steve to see if he could fit me in on his weekend transport run ( well not me personally you understand although reading he is eye candy saw me quickly ironing my sunday best nylons and prettiest frock in readiness )

Then due to my new cham playing games we have spent the last four days in regular contact debating on when is best to move her. This weekend...next weekend...whenever she sees fit to be ready
So on top of all the help already recieved and so I don't loose a slot Steve has booked me in boths weekends just to suit Madam. I fast became a logistical pain in the rear.
He has gone out of his way to share, gain and offer loads of help and advice and he hasn't driven a mile for me yet ! Nor had a penny yet.
Excellent coms and amazingly fast response to PM's & emails, even when on the road. Even before Madam is collected I feel safe and confident in Steve and his service.
Most impressed, appreciative and totally calm about the whole stroppy stressy mare moving bit and look forward to actually meeting you.... and Madam off course...when she is good and ready that is

BRILLIANT again, I used Steve again this weekend on the UK run. SW courriers REALLY do make using an animal courrier for your new pet a really great experience. On time, constant updates , excellent box labels for all animals.
I really cant say enough good things about the service!!!!
