I've used them on several occasions and to begin with they were indeed very good. However, I had a very bad experience last week when they didn't do the job on the agreed day, with absolutely no communication until I chased them up (first I heard was when the breeder contacted me to say the geckos hadn't been collected; that was at 8.00pm). I was then told that they were too busy to do the job on the agreed day and would be doing it the following day instead (would have been nice if they'd asked if it were convenient to do so, but never mind). I really don't think I'll be using them again.

now a friend of mine contacted them about a scotland run and was told they where not doing them any more!
and tbh their rates now are alot more as we where quoted £57 to take leos down south
and also the last few times we have used them they havent been the best ie delivering at midnight when after we rang at 5pm where told they where one hour away and picking up extremely late.

Their service does seem to have deteriorated drastically over the last few months. As I said in my previous post, the first few times I used them they were excellent; cheap, reliable and great communication. Recently, however, that seems to have changed. I agree, timings seem to have become more erratic and communication is non-existent unless I have chased them for information. To be honest, I get the feeling that they have become a victim of their own success and are now taking on more work than they can cope with. It is such a shame; I really hope that they get it sorted before too long, for their sake as well as their customers.
