England, Scotland and Wales run 25th/26th July £44.00

Hi All,

Contrary to what I previously said, I now need to do a run this weekend. This is due to me having the worlds most expensive clutch replaced today costing me just under £1000.00 and need to make the money back some how! . Anyone previously PM'd advising that I couldn't do a job until the 8/9th of August please feel free to get in touch to book in for this run!

So....

I will be covering most area's of England and Wales, and up to Dundee in Scotland. All jobs going Northwards will be done on Saturday 25th July and all jobs going South will be for Sunday 26th July.

At the moment the route and the run itself is only a provisional and subject to confirmed bookings.

Price £44.00 per delivery address/collection address. IE any one item from point A to B is £44 but if point a had something to go to another address it would be an additional £44. Also, Jobs that are from point A to B and back are really hard to tie in to these runs and if they are possible will be charged as two separate jobs. Hope this makes sense.

I'm using an Astravan so at the moment I could perhaps fit a small viv in or two but I'd rather not as they will limit space.

There is an OPTION for heating if you feel it will be needed. However, it is rarely needed as temperatures in the Van during the day rarely go beyond 18oC and 24oC in any conditions.

Also, following some recent problems various other couriers have had, once I have finalized the route, on Friday 24th @ 5pm, I will then contact you with an ETA. I can/will budget for a 15 minutes stop at each pick/up delivery. I cannot wait any longer than this as it will interfere with other customers jobs.

If you feel you may need me at the pick up/delivery point (to help remove the animal from it's viv or to get a viv from your house to the van etc) for longer than 15 minutes please let me know in advance.

This is how it all works for the customers point of view:

• Contact me with the details of the trip, just rough details will do.
• I'll then let you know if I can fit the job in to the route.
• Then once the details of the sale have been confirmed amongst the buyer and seller contact me with the Full name, Addresses, contact numbers (pref. Mobile numbers) and details of the animal to be couriered. I can then book the journey in.

*** PLEASE NOTE YOUR PLACE ON THE RUN IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL THIS POINT UNLESS PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED! ***

• I'll the call both parties on Friday 24th to confirm the details, that the courier job is still needed and I'll give you a more accurate ETA at both points.
• I'll call both parties when I am an hour away from them.
• Once collected I will text the receiver to let them know it is on board.
• Once delivered I will text the sender to confirm all delivered ok.
• All animals need to be labeled with brief emergency information.
• Any delays on route will be communicated by text.

Boxes/containers are not supplied as standard but can be, in most cases, by prior arrangement. The boxes the animals are being sent in will be placed on shredded paper in the back of the van. This is for a little insulation and prevent any boxes from moving in the back of the van.

Yeah it's another run towards the end of this month. Is your booking for the Hognoses?

I had originally said in a couple of PM's and on the details for the run on the 18th and 19th that they would be the last until August because I was moving but I got stung for a huge bill on a clutch to help cover some of it I'm adding another! Who needs sleep Pah!

Yep if your post code is KY6 2** and it is for 2 Baby Albino Hognoses then yep. You are certainly booked in for this Saturday. Sorry for having to check but I don't think it was booked by you but it may be for you.

Well it's your Hognoses that have got my looking in to getting some in the future so I bet they are fantastic examples to fit in the others you have! I wouldn't want to wait to long either!
