I cannot promise that I will be on RFUK from now, until I have moved house, and been there for a few days so I am turning off PM's so that people do not have messages stuck on here with no response for a few days.

I will however be able to accept Emails, Phone calls and text messages all via my phone. So...

I have a run on the 8th & 9th August. However, Saturday is now full. So only space for Southwards jouneys.

Also have a run on the 22nd & 23rd August there is still space both ways for this one.

I will not be doing a run this coming weekend or the weekend of the 15th & 16th.
