As with every 'good thing', it only takes a few arss to manipulate it to their advantage and screw it for everyone else .

I don't blame you for feeling the way you do.

Understanding the logistics involved in organising and running for the whole weekend, I've always been impressed by how good you are at keeping time.

Anyone expecting you to be dead on time after the 6th collection/drop off must be living with their head up their arse.

You are (were) providing a service based on living against the clock and any slight hiccup in traffic would nail you!

Most supermarkets offer a 2 hour delivery slot and most times can't hit that even when the store is only 5 miles down the road!

Hope you don't give it up because you've been great.

We need a Mod controlled 'Wall of shame' to let the decent people on here steer clear of the arss.

Steve,

I just wanted to say how impeccible the service you have provided was and how sad it is that the minority have ruined it for the majority yet again!

How anyone could find any reason to complain is beyond belief!

I have used your service twice in the past to deliver 3 reptiles to customers and couldnt fault the level if service at all.

But I would like to say I fully understand your reasons for giving it up after reading the threads and I wish you every success in the future.

Steve

I hope you find a way to make this service work and not cause you any grief. My husband and I met you tonight for the first time when you delievered our new royal. Your service is excellent and you are a first rate bloke.

Dont let those to##ers stop you providing a first rate service for all of us customers who think you are amazing.

If I had known the crap you were going through would have offered you the bottle of wine not a glass HE DID NOT DRINK ALCOHOL.

Look forward to meeting you again next week

Steve, I've just been notified of this from CBUK, as I was commending you on an excellnt service you provided for me on Saturday.

The customer service throughout the booking was excellent, the delivery and communications was excellent and although I didn't meet you myself during the pickup, my GF actually say "he was a nice guy" when I got home.

So thankyou for what you did on Saturday. I hope you can work around this and I definately have plans to use you again and hope I can be considered as a trusted client for possible future runs. It's a shame dickheads ruin it for the others.

Thanks again, Baz

Steve,

I can only reiterate the positive comments already made. I do hope you find someway to maintain some sort of service that is workable for you, as it will only benefit the reptile community as a whole.

Best regards
Rob
