Sorry to hear this, I have only ever heard great things about your service and wanted to ask you about a run from bexhill to york I'm sorry there are little s**ts out there treating you badly and ruining it for the rest of us best of luck in your future endeavours.

I never usually write on here but i felt i had to say i am genuinely saddened that you felt you had to stop. Everyone i ever delivered to who had used you had nothing but praise for yourself and your service.

Yes it can be stressfull, yes there are a minority, a small minority who think you have only their animal on board and worry if you are going to be delayed but on the whole the reptile guys are a fantastic bunch and have the sense to realise that us animal couriers take absolute care of all the animals on board, whether its worth £30 or £300.

Its a pity that a few have spoiled it for you. Can you not take a rest and reconsider at a later date? The pet owners, really need a courteous, concientious, courier such as yourself and I really hope you will return at some point in the future, when you feel ready.

Oh does this mean you are no longer offering a courier service?? Thats very sad! I'm really sorry to hear that you have been treated so badly. You collected a leo from me and delivered to one of my customers and both she and I were very impressed. You are currently the recommended courier on my website but I guess if you are no longer operating, I need to change that otherwise you will be getting people emailing you for quotes.

100% happy with Steve's services, he kept me up to date with his progress regularly and made me feel very comfortable before, during and after the job. Much more than i expected, and think it's brilliant how he goes out his way to check the animals in transit are safe and make his customers feel happy with all parts of the process.

The sad fact is that ignorant/greedy/stupid/bastard people are in all walks of life, they are unavoidable, and enevitabily will ruin a good thing and eventually f**k everything up.

Shame for all if you close this completely, i know you don't do it for the money, but i for one would be willing to pay far more for the piece of mind you provide.
