Was very shocked to read the last few pages, what a shame the issues could not have been discussed privately.

I used Sam to deliver two new animals to me and I was very pleased to know that he was checking on them throughout the journey, that was definately peace of mind! Both arrived warm, relaxed and happy and not at all stressed from their journey and Sam was lovely and certainly cares for all of the animals he transported!

Obviously, some things went wrong with this journey that were unavoidable. It is understandably very frustrating for those waiting for deliveries, but it certainly sounds like Sam did everything he could to make sure all the animals were ok, i would imagine he was catching up on some sleep for those few hours people couldnt get hold of him!!

I will be using Sams Courier Service again shortly to get another little baby delivered and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing animals couriered - very reasonable prices and really good, friendly service

Seems Sam has quite a few happy customers and a few unhappy ones, so all in all a typical business. Will be interesting to see what the feedback is after the service has been going a few months.

so your viv is a bit scratched(what did you expect for 32 quid)why come on here moaning,just contact his insurance company they will pay for the damages!!instead of trying to discredit the poor workman,hes only trying to earn a living,,,chin uup

some people on here just cant help themselves,first they destroyed the other cheapo courier(swcouriers)now its sams turn in the firing line(long live the cheapo courier isay,

excuse me who are you to say anything about the damage caused to my vivs? I didnt go directly through sam so had no idea it was a "cheap" service and i dont expect goods to turn up damaged whether its cheap or not thats irrelevant! Not saying no one should use this service but im the one with the damaged stack not you so please keep out of it as it has f all to do with you!

I didn't want to post on this thread anymore, but had to clear up these inaccuracies.

Sorry mate, I'm not guilty of Steve giving up couriering, in fact go through my posts I was on here pleading with him to continue.

Better still check his posts too and you will see, Steve and myself have a good online relationship.

Also Bazi, I paid more than £32 for Sam's services and he received it in full even after this episode, even Sam can confirm this.

Sam, Please can you keep better Comms with your customers and try and keep to times given, yes I know Sht happens but I was up all night waiting for you and then lost a days pay waiting in further.

Nobody else on here went thru this, so they shouldn't be commenting on this further,Just like I'm not commenting on Kirsty's comments, but I'm sure they will.
