sorry but that comment made me laugh.........so because it was only £32 she should expect to recieve her stuff damaged? how about if she had got a lizard couriered and it turned up dead? should she not have expected anything more seen as it was only £32? and a dead reptile would be acceptable because the courier was so cheap? Couriers are employed to do a job, to get a customers goods from a to b without damage irrespective of the price. Its the courier who sets the price not the customer, so its not kirstys fault it was "cheap".... and of course if a cheap option is available most people will go for it. Just cos its cheap though doesnt give the courier a license to do a shoddy half ass job. sometimes i truly belive the quote "you get what you pay for"

this is in no way sayin sam did this its just a comment challenging yours, as i dont know any of the story about the viv, whether it was damaged in sams possession or not, just pointing out that the price being charged shouldnt alter the standard of service provided

I am not posting anything else on this thread as its pointless i have just showed the damage cause to by viv after it being delivered and left my "feedback" as most people do when they buy stuff or use a service without causing this much hassle! Why should i be the baddy for apparently ruining someones business i am one person and people are big enough to decided if they want to use his service or not i am not going to change that.

And please note this is being sorted out with Sam personally, he has been very helpful so far and am hoping to get this resolved.
