Default starting out help :D

basicly i am looking to start out doing reptile couring and i was told i need insurence for the reptiles incase anything happens to them while they are with me and public liability insurence incase one escapes but i am having trouble trying to find out about how to get the insurences can anyone help.

If i manage to found out alot of info on starting up then my local job centre said they are willing to help thats if i can find info so please please HELPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!! if you yourself is a reptile courier can u tell me how you got started

dont disillusion yourself though, this job doesnt make you much if any money, the hours are long, its tiring and stressful and if something goes wrong it can be soul destroyin.............

ino but i figure that it gets me out the house and doing something credit crunch lol even if its a lil bit of money gota be better than nothing

what do you mean by the job centre are going to help? how are they?

you need to really think about cost of extra insurance, wear and tear on the vehicle, the amount of hours it takes to do a job, and of course the petrol costs and see if it really is going to be worth your while. i dont mean to put a dampener on things i really dont, but a lot of people think couriering is easy and makes good money, when in fact its exactly the opposite. if you are doing it for the love of the job and nothing else and can afford to do it, then go for it

i think he means they will help him with advice on how to get started up, and help him apply for a buissness start up loan which doesnt have to be payed back. its there way of trying to help people get back into work

have you been forwarded to any buissness link people? they should be able to help you find the relevent info and help apply for the relevent things i.e DEFRA lience which you would need.

if not, check the web for buissness link in your area, they should be able to help
